Through weekly debates, we engage with current issues and developments of global scale. The platform of the United Nations enables us to understand and represent the perspective of all parties involved, independently of our own beliefs.
Public Speaking
In the debates, we must be able to respond to any development at any time. Having a thorough understanding of the issue at hand and being able to express our position in front of big audiences is thus essential. The weekly debates are therefore an occasion where every member, independently of their experience, can practice their public speaking skills.
Negotiating and Finding Resolutions
Making alliances, undermining the credibility of opposing parties or seeking a consensus: strategies are crucial to realize the goals of the country one represents. Whether they are seeking a solution to an issue or undermining the mechanisms of the United Nations, our members deploy all their tactics and negotiating skills.
