Esteemed fellow SGMUNers,

 am currently studying law in my sixth semester at the University of St. Gallen and plan to complete my Bachelor of Law degree this summer, after which I will start my Master of Law in fall. In my future career I plan to work at an NGO or as a diplomat at the EDA.

This phrase “Honorable chairs, dear fellow delegates…” we all know extremely well, was also a phrase I came across not too long ago. Because I have two nationalities and am influenced by them differently, there is a constant curiosity toward newness in my life. New cultures, new languages, new wisdom. These are also excellently represented in this club and I have learned to value them incredibly.

SGMUN is a very special club here at HSG. It provides so many possibilities to develop your debating and public speaking, while allowing you to meet new people through the socials or conferences. As this club is so special it is important to have a dedicated and hardworking board to ensure the continuing prosperity of this club.

It was with pleasure that I first got knowledge of the SGMUN club at the HSG during the start week with the presentation of the different clubs. With my experience of having represented both Hungary and Switzerland at two different SUN conferences in Geneva during the past years, I joined the club wanting to experience more MUN events.

Dear SGMUN members,

Currently, in my fourth semester in the Bachelor of International Affairs, I would like to be more committed to the life of the club and to contribute to its well-functioning.

Having joined the club three semesters ago, and participated to regular debates, I have gained valuable experiences and friends, and am now committed to keep this club running and introducing more students to it.
