As we approach the end of the year, excitement is building for our highly anticipated conference, set to take place from December 5th to December 8th. This year, we’re proud to host 109 talented delegates alongside our esteemed chairs and faculty advisors, bringing our total attendance to 128 passionate participants. This event promises to be a highlight of the academic year, showcasing debate, cultural exchange, and the vibrant spirit of diplomacy.
A Unique Venue with a Historical Backdrop
The city of St. Gallen, renowned for its cultural heritage, offers a perfect setting for this conference. Our primary venue, the Kloster, is one of the most historical and iconic locations in the city. Stepping into its walls is like stepping back in time, providing an inspiring atmosphere for meaningful dialogue and critical thinking. The conference will also kick off at the University of St. Gallen's Square building, before moving into designated committee rooms within the Kloster.

The Programme at a Glance
Here’s what you can expect during the conference:
Day 1 (December 5th):Registration will open in the afternoon at the University of St. Gallen, followed by the Opening Ceremony, an insightful Rules of Procedure Workshop, and a welcome Dinner Social at Adlersaal.
Day 2 (December 6th):Delegates will dive into Debate Blocks I and II, with lunch in groups and more debates in the afternoon. The evening ends with a Casual Social at Pfalzkeller and Oya Bar, giving participants a chance to network and unwind.
Day 3 (December 7th):More rigorous debate continues with Blocks V through VIII, paired with group lunches. The day concludes in style with our formal Gala Night at 20:00, an elegant celebration of the week’s achievements.
Day 4 (December 8th):The final Debate Block IX will lead into a takeaway lunch, followed by the Closing Ceremony, where we will reflect on the ideas shared and memories created.
